Amanda has been with the agency since 2017. She was named the 2018 Outstanding CSR of the Year for the state of Indiana by the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
When she's not taking care of customers, you can find Amanda whipping meals together, shuttling her boys to their next activity, or enjoying a piece of dark chocolate.
Amanda has a lot of energy and it's hard for her to sit still for too long. If raising four boys wasn't enough, she found time to milk cows, run her own mowing business, and serve a two year stint with the TSA on the weekends at the Fort Wayne International Airport.
Once her youngest started pre-school she found a full time opportunity helping a local roofing company by managing the office and scheduling jobs for 3 roofing crews.
She loves working for and working with smaller companies because of the relationships and personal service that come with it.
Lora has recently joined the Ovation Family, and is a longtime friend of the owner, Joel Dunham. Before coming to Ovation, Lora had 12 years in banking, 8 of which she spent working for a small community bank in her hometown. Lora is also the Executive Director for United Way of Paulding County and devotes her free time to helping others.
For the last three years she has served as a councilwoman for the Village of Payne and has managed to earn nearly $300,000 worth of grant money for her small village. She loves to be involved and sits on the board of 8 different chambers/organizations.
When not helping others, Lora truly enjoys spending time with her family. She married her high school sweetheart, William (Billy) Lyons in 2005 and they have three wonderful children together. Billy is the School Resource Officer for Wayne Trace Local Schools and a long time Deputy of the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office. He is also a volunteer EMT and the JR High wrestling coach for Wayne Trace. Together they are both deeply committed to their community.
Sharon has been with Ovation since January 1st, 2021.
For over thirty years, Sharon and her husband, Gary, ran a successful insurance agency in southeast Fort Wayne where they believed in helping their policyholders protect their families and their assets.
In 2018, she transitioned to an independent agency and enjoys the ability to quote insurance thru multiple companies where she can help her clients with all their insurance needs.
During the spring, you will probably find her in the bleachers at the ball diamond watching her grandsons play baseball. She also loves to spend time with her family, read, bake and play Mahjongg.
Betty has been with the agency since 2002. She is a graduate of Indiana University and International Business College. She is the Secretary for the Women of the Elks Association and Officer Advancing in the Chairs of the Fraternal Order of Elks Lodge #155.
